“We are delighted to welcome Raj at Conscious Capitalism 2016 on the heels of releasing his new book, Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring for Your People Like Family,” said Rauch. “In addition, we are thrilled to debut the new documentary by the same name.” The inspiring story captures the heart and soul of caring for employees in the same way parents care for their children. “All attendees at Conscious Capitalism 2016 will benefit from experiencing this story,” said Rauch. “Everybody Matters” was co-authored by Bob Chapman, Chairman and CEO of Barry-Wehmiller Company, a 130-year-old capital equipment and engineering solutions firm.

The 48-hour event is designed for CEOs and their executive teams, executives and entrepreneurs, as well as consultants and coaches who serve and support them, and anyone interested in Conscious Capitalism.
