Babson's Tom Davenport Honored with 2008 CIMS IT Achievement Award

Babson's Center for Information Management Studies (CIMS) recently held a workshop for Boston area Information Technology professionals on IT/Business Alignment and the Role of Soft Skills. The morning began with the presentation of the 2008 CIMS IT Achievement Award to Thomas H. Davenport, President's Chair in IT and Management at Babson where he also leads the Process Management and Working Knowledge Research Centers. CIMS Director, Kavin W. Allan R. Cohen, Babson's Graduate Dean (Interim) who also holds the Edward A. Madden Distinguished Professorship in Global Leadership, led the main workshop discussion among 90 participants.
