How The Idea Began: I had recently launched The Town Greeter welcome service to welcome newcomers to New Canaan when many of our local businesses and civic organizations asked me how I could help to connect everyone in the community, not only the newcomers. I felt that the best way to keep the provide the community with valuable information and attract visitors to the community was via the website, Android and iPhone apps.
Worst Thing About The Business: Need more hours in the day to work!!!
Biggest Challenge: Convincing small mom and pop business owners of the importance of a website and apps.
