Caroline Hayes

Caroline provides individual and group student advising on career development and job search strategies for undergraduate students that are interested in the Financial Services and Technology industries. Caroline is responsible for working in collaboration with the entire Center for Career Development team to build strategies that support the office’s integrated and holistic approach to career development. This includes taking a leadership role in supporting and assessing employer partnerships and providing key thought leadership in the area of employer engagement best practices and experiential education. Caroline joined the Center for Career Development in 2010 as the Employer Relations Manager where she established and maintained relationships with employers interested in recruiting Babson talent. Prior to joining the CCD team at Babson College, Caroline worked on the Asset Management Recruiting team at Fidelity Investments helping to support graduate and undergraduate recruiting efforts. Caroline earned her B.A. in English from Loyola Marymount University and is currently pursuing her M.B.A. from Babson College.
