The Babson Undergraduate Center for Career Development is pleased to announce our 2019 Spring Recruiting Season programs and offerings are now available! We invite you to join us to build your brand on-campus and identify talent for your organization.

Monday, February 4th
6:00pm – 8:00pm
Help our students prepare for the Spring 2019 recruiting season by reviewing resumes or LinkedIn profiles! This event provides an opportunity for you to share your expertise and connect with Babson talent. Register NOW »
Friday, February 22nd
3:00pm – 5:30pm
Cost: $150 General / $100 Start-Up/Non-Profit
A program for employers valuing and seeking diversity of all kinds to connect with Babson’s student diversity of all kinds. The event will start with speed networking roundtable sessions, followed by informal networking. Open to all undergraduate and graduate class years.
Space at this event is extremely limited. To indicate your interest please complete this form to further elaborate on your company’s diversity initiatives and recruiting needs/strategy. Note completing this form does not register you for this event.
Thursday, February 28th
2:00pm – 5:00pm
Cost: $350 General / $100 Start-Up/Non-Profit
The Spring Career Fair is for employers looking to hire undergraduate students for internships and/or full time roles. An active internship and/or full-time position is required to attend and MUST be posted in Handshake no later than two weeks prior to the event. Register NOW »

Handshake Employer Office Hours
Handshake is now holding weekly Employer Office Hours, every Thursday from 2:30-3:00pm EST. These sessions are an open forum where you and your colleagues can seek answers from the Handshake Employer Support team. INDUSTRY ADVISING PROGRAM (Formerly Guest Career Adviser)
Meet and advise Undergraduate students in a drop-in setting. Students will be from all class levels and concentrations and will turn to you as an expert to review resumes, cover letters, or general industry/career advice. Externship (Job Shadow) Program 
Provide first year or sophomore student(s) a job shadowing/externship opportunity for one to three days during our school breaks providing relevant experience and showcasing your organization. Learn More » or Register »

Looking for consulting support? The Management Consulting Field Experience (MCFE) program connects organizations with a team of talented Babson students who work as consultants to address a current business challenge.
