He or she would get to be part of a growing organization in a profession that has a lasting impact on people’s lives.

What are some way(s) a potential candidate can standout?

By engaging with me on campus at one of the events put on by CCD or through participation in our Advisor Bootcamp, or by approaching me already having completed one of the necessary licensing exams required by the industry.

What is the most common mistake you see made in an interview?

Showing up late—don’t do it!

How can a candidate make a good first impression?

Being appropriately dressed, making good eye contact, and extending a firm handshake.

What advice would you give to first years and sophomores interested in pursuing a career at AXA?

Do your best to get to know and understand the business and what it takes to be successful as a financial advisor. Also, don’t hesitate to apply for internship and Advisor Bootcamp opportunities because they have been given to first years and sophomores before.

What is the best part about working at AXA?

The people. Getting to work at the same company with great people is one thing, but it’s even better knowing that I get to help great people reach their financial goals.
