SPRING UNDERGRADUATE RECRUITING EVENTS

Spring Recruiting Kickoff – LIMITED SPOTS REMAINING!
Friday, February 2nd 
1:00pm – 4:00pm
Join us for the Spring Recruiting Kick-Off, a program that will allow you to connect with undergraduate students and help them prepare for a successful recruiting season.  This program is designed to be interactive and will have a focus on coaching students on their personal pitch and enhancing their interview skills through mock interviews.  This is also a great way to build your brand on-campus early in the semester.  We will follow-up with additional details and hope that you can join us. Register »

Diversity Connect
Friday, February 23rd

Cost: $150
Hosted by Babson’s Black Affinity Network, the Diversity Connect will take place as a part of the annual Babson Black Affinity Conference. Compared to the traditional career fair, this event will allow employers and affinity groups to meet a broader pool of candidates at various stages of their career development, who are interested in exploring career, internship, and volunteer opportunities. The event will be open to current undergraduate and graduate students, as well as Babson alumni. It will be held at Babson’s Downtown Boston Campus (100 High Street, 12th Floor). Host an information table in the lobby of either our Dining Hall or Campus Center (based on availability) during lunch hours. Guest Career Adviser
Meet and advise students individually, from all class levels and concentrations. Students will turn to you as an expert to review resumes, cover letters, or do mock interviews. EXPERIENTIAL ENGAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Externship Program (Job Shadow)
Provide first year or sophomore student(s) with the opportunity to job shadow for up to three days during our school breaks to identify student talent early and establish company awareness, all while providing relevant experience and showcasing your organization. Learn More » or Register »
