Babson College Spring 2017 Undergraduate Recruiting Programs Now Available
The Babson Undergraduate Center for Career Development is pleased to announce our 2017 Spring Recruiting Season programs and offerings are now available! We invite you to join us to build your brand on-campus and identify talent for your organization.
As I am sure you have seen, we have been busy integrating Handshake as our new recruiting platform which will replace Symplicity for our Undergraduate students as of December, 2016. Still have questions? Check out our FAQ for Handshake.

SPRING UNDERGRADUATE RECRUITING EVENTS
Spring Recruiting Kickoff
Friday, January 27th

The Spring Recruiting Kickoff for First Years, Sophomores, and Juniors is a great way to build your brand on campus, connect with a wide range of talent, and prepare students for internship recruiting and networking opportunities.

Participate in our annual Internship Fair to build your pipeline of talent and your brand on campus.
NEW! Diversity Career Connect
Friday, February 24th
3:00 – 6:00 pm
Hosted by Babson’s Black Affinity Network, this program will take place as a part of the annual Babson Black Affinity Conference. Connect with current undergraduate and graduate students as well as alumni interested in learning more about your industry, available career paths and opportunities, all while networking and building your brand with the Babson community to grow your talent pipeline. EXPERIENTIAL ENGAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Externship Program (Job Shadow)
Provide first year or sophomore student(s) with the opportunity to job shadow for 1-5 days during the winter break or spring semester to identify student talent early and establish company awareness, all while providing relevant experience and supporting career readiness and showcasing your organization. Management Consulting Field Experience (MCFE)
