A note from the Director of Undergrad CCD

Dear Parents,

I hope you enjoyed Family and Friends weekend as much as I did. It was a pleasure getting to know families at the Happy Hour reception on Friday evening.  I love the representation from around the country and around the world.   We have such a diverse population, with varied personal and professional experiences; traveling, working and engaged in making our planet a better place!

I appreciate the opportunity to engage with the Parent Executive Committee.  A special thank you for your support of our students through the Internship Scholarship program.  As you heard during our meeting, our students derive great benefit from these experiences that ultimately influence their career choices.

In typical ET&A (entrepreneurial thought and action) mode, CCD hosted our first Open House on Saturday morning.  To our surprise and delight, we had a packed house.  We were thrilled to meet family, friends and students to answer questions about this college to career journey and share the many ways we engage with students.  We enjoyed the open dialogue about our programs and services and welcome your questions and feedback.

As the busy fall recruiting seasons starts to wind down and we all prepare for the holidays, we are actively planning our spring semester internship and full time recruiting events.  We appreciate your continued support and engagement.  Wishing you a Happy Thanksgiving.

Warm regards,

Donna
