WOW! WIN!

Congratulations to Babson’s Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab for receiving a BostInno 50 on Fire Award last Thursday evening!  In front of an audience of over 600 of Boston’s hottest gamechangers, disruptors, and innovators,  WIN was awarded a prestigious 50 on Fire Award for breakthrough accomplishments in the Education sector.  Recognizing that women build businesses differently than men, WIN is managed by Babson’s Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership and is a yearlong residency program for women entrepreneurs to accelerate their entrepreneurial path.  WIN is a place for testing, experimenting, disrupting, innovating, tapping into enormous expertise and networks.  It’s about being strategic, smart, thinking big, and making ideas a reality. Perhaps most importantly, WIN is about having fun, and celebrating mistakes as well as successes!

Whether you are an undergrad with an idea or prototype, or are already planning or launching your business, WIN is an exciting opportunity for our women entrepreneurs.  WIN undergraduates include Michelene Wilkerson ’15, Joanne Lewis ’14, and Brittany Lo ’14.  Sound interesting?  Learn more about The WIN Lab here.
