I am excited to tell you about some great opportunities through a unique organization known as Greenhorn Connect. Greenhorn Connect helps build connections within the Boston entrepreneur ecosystem. The organization is working hard to engage students and provide opportunities for future entrepreneurs. You won’t want to miss the Student Dinners and the Greenhorn Summit.
Student Dinners: The Greenhorn Student Dinners are monthly dinner parties where college students share delicious meals and stimulating startup conversations with students from neighboring universities and leaders of Boston’s most innovative companies. Further, two students from Babson will be able to attend each dinner at no cost thanks to sponsorship by the Undergraduate Center for Career Development and the The Blank Center. To apply for a spot at these monthly dinners, visit Career Connections (access through the HUB). Click the “Events” Tab, and select “Student Workshops” from the drop down menu and then search “HubSpot” to find the event and RSVP/Application instructions. This opportunity is even open to all to all class years at Babson!
The Greenhorn Summit: This event is a one-day conference on Saturday, October 25th for students interested in Boston area startups. Boston entrepreneurs and tech influencers will share their experiences and insights so students can learn how to succeed in Boston’s startup environment.
