How Ad Agencies Are Changing

Gone are the days of billboard and print advertising.. well, they haven’t quite disappeared completely but the world of marketing has changed (a lot). I don’t have a marketing background but I have wondered how it will look a couple years from now. You see, we don’t have to wait for commercials to advertise the latest product between our favorite shows. You don’t have to flip through a magazine to see the glossy ad with models in perfect hair. Marketing is on our mobile phones, social media and in our emails. Welcome to the world of Digital Marketing.

So…..three questions to ask:

  1. How will ad agencies change in the next five years?
  2. How does advertising stay creative, especially in an age of programmatic ad buying?
  3. How would you describe Boston’s advertising community?
