I graduated Babson in 2011 with a concentration in Finance and Economics.
With an entrepreneurial mindset, I knew that I someday wanted to start my own business. I also knew that I wanted to build experience in the insurance and investment industry while learning how to operate in a corporate environment. The Rotational Leadership Development Program provided me the opportunity to build experience in various job functions, develop technical competencies, and refine interpersonal skills all while maintaining employment at the same firm.
The Rotational Leadership Development Program has allowed me to add skills to my arsenal, all of which have helped to create excellent options for my future. I could not have asked for a more comprehensive experience to begin my career.
