Busy During the Women’s Overnight

Last night was a very exciting night on campus–it was the Women’s Overnight! Babson’s Women’s Overnight is an evening we invite women accepted for the class of 2017 to come to campus to learn more about life at Babson, as well as the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership.

After a yummy dinner with some great speakers, all of the hosts and their overnights came to a cupcake-eating hip hop event in Reynolds Campus Center put on by the admissions office. After cupcakes and dancing they headed downstairs for an Ice Cream Social put on by Babson’s Panhellenic Council. At the Ice Cream social, the overnights had a chance to talk to women from all three sororities as well as the executive board of the council.

At 11pm it was off to bed, because the overnights had to get up early for interviews and class sit-ins. All the overnights I met seemed to have a great time, and hopefully we will see them all in the fall!
