Rookie Travel Reflections

I woke up yesterday morning and realized that I am embarking on my final week of travel. Where did my first travel season go? Well, let’s recap. Over the course of 6 weeks, I traversed parts of New Jersey, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. When all is said and done, here’s what we’re looking at:

116 High School Visits

13 College Fairs

40 Road Interviews

Needless to say, it’s been a busy travel season for this rookie, and one packed full of FIRSTS, both for my career and my sightseeing adventures! Between my first rental car, high school visit, college fair, trip to NJ, trip to Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island etc. I have learned countless lessons and received only the best advice and assistance from colleagues I have met on the road. As I return to Wellesley, MA next week, I begin yet another first – READING SEASON! Certainly stay tuned for that adventure, as well as application updates! But before I get too far ahead of myself, I want to leave you with some snapshots from my FINAL week of my FIRST travel season.
