First Year – Senior Retreat
A highlight of the fall 2010 semester was the annual first year –senior retreat that took place at the Warren Conference Center in Ashland, MA.A select group of Babson seniors organize a series of talks, workshops and exercises that are designed to enhance student’s orientation to Babson.
This year the topics that the seniors focused on were engagement, individualism, diversity, balance and resource utilization.The first year students enjoyed hearing the various (and candid) perspectives of the Babson seniors.The power of this retreat is that it is students are giving back to fellow students.This is a fairly new Babson tradition that has gained popularity every year.
