Leadership Opportunities Abound!
We are in the middle of “interview season” at Babson. Students who are aspiring to be Resident Assistants (RA’s), Peer Mentors, Honor Board members, FME Mentors, are all going through a series of applications and interviews to determine if they are capable of handling this important positions next year. Students must submit essays, participate in group activities and individual interviews as part of this process. This year we have 48 applicants for about 13 peer mentor openings, so there is some serious competition!.
It is terrific to witness the talent and dedication that these applicants have for Babson College. It really makes the selection process very difficult.
The interview process will be over be early March and the students will be notified if they have obtained these coveted positions.
