Vice Provost Reza Among Speakers At China Entrepreneurship Conference

Amir Reza, Vice Provost for International & Multicultural Education, will be among the speakers at the Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education Conference in Shaoshan, Hunan, China on September 27, 2017.

The forum has invited representatives from the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Development and Reform Commission, the CPC Central Committee Policy Research Office, the State Council Development Research Center, the Hunan Provincial People’s Government and other government leaders, the global youth entrepreneurs, companies, senior managers and more than 300 colleges and universities.

This forum will focus on how to transform the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem in colleges and universities.

Amir Reza

He began his career in international education 20 years ago at the University of Maine working with ESL students. He has held numerous positions in academic affairs, student affairs, and international education during the past 17 years at Babson College. He is currently Vice Provost for International & Multicultural Education responsible for providing leadership for collaborative advancement of the college’s internationalization and efforts designed to create a more inclusive campus for students. In this role he oversees several areas of the college including international student & scholar services, education abroad, faculty-led electives abroad, multicultural programs, multi-faith programs, and service learning.
