Introducing “Lead to Transform,” a Babson Executive Education Program for Indian Family Business Owners

Lead to Transform is a first of its kind program designed exclusively to prepare family business owners in India for a new phase of growth in a rapidly changing business environment. This is a three module program being co-delivered by Babson Executive Education and SPJIMR, a top ranked school of management in India. Matt Allen, faculty director for Babson’s Institute for Family Entrepreneurship is the faculty director for this program. Joining him from Babson are Jay Rao, Heidi Neck, Danna Greenberg and Scott Taylor.

This program for Indian family business owners, founders and directors begins with five days at the Babson campus centered on entrepreneurial leadership. This week will be spent in and out of the classroom with interactive group learning sessions and company visits. Participants will return to India and attend a second week at the SPJIMR campus for sessions on the business of family business, with a focus on India-centric strategies. The program concludes with three months of ongoing guidance and feedback on implementation plans for the family businesses.
