Babson College Establishes the “Len Green Ultimate Entrepreneur Lecture Series”

President Healey today announced that Babson is establishing the Len Green Ultimate Entrepreneur Lecture Series. Sponsored by the President’s Office, the series is named for beloved Babson professor and Trustee Leonard C. Green. This new offering will be available to both students and alumni of the College and will incorporate several key aspects of Professor Green’s highly-rated “Ultimate Challenge” course, which was offered at Babson for 15 years and had a profound impact on many students who had the opportunity to be taught and mentored by Prof. Green.

“I am thrilled to establish this lecture series in Len’s honor and it is my hope that he will personally help to both design and host this important new offering for our students and alumni,” said Babson President Kerry Healey. “Both inside and outside the classroom, Babson has continued to introduce pioneering, real-world learning opportunities for students. Through this series, we will provide our community with even greater access to diverse, cutting-edge entrepreneurs – a hallmark of the experience Len offered students through his courses.”

Professor Green commented, “While I am still considering the many opportunities available to me next year, I am deeply honored by this recognition and the College’s offer for me to help develop and host this exciting new program.”

The Len Green Ultimate Entrepreneur Lecture Series will be designed and shaped over the next several weeks. Additional details as to programming will be announced during the 2016-2017 academic year.
