Babson Alumni and Leaders Nominated for Rosoff Awards New Vision for Diversity

Babson leadership members Sadie Burton-Goss, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, and Jane Edmonds, Vice President of Governance, as well as Babson alumni Daquan Oliver ’14, Executive Director and Founder of WeThrive, Ian So ’08, CEO and Co-Founder of Chicken & Rice Guys, and Esmeralda Lambert MBA’11, CEO and Founder of Esmeralda Lambert LLC have been nominated for the Rosoff Awards.

The Rosoff Awards, presented by The Ad Club, are given to individuals that recognize having a diverse workforce and operating in an inclusive environment is what creates true innovation and creativity. All nominations are crowd sourced by the Boston business community.

Burton-Goss and Edmonds appear on the Individuals list, recognizing C-Level individuals who are driving the new vision for diversity from the top down within their organization.

Esmeralda Lambert appears on the Companies list, recognizing companies who are embracing diversity not as a mandate, but as a movement, and showing corporate America how it’s done.

Oliver and So made the 20-Something list, recognizing 20-something-year-olds who are shaking up the old notion of diversity through creativity and innovation.
