Babson undergraduates Hanson Grant ’16 and Ken Zhang ‘16 were recognized once again for their innovative business, Think Board, by the Terry College of Business for the Next Great Consumer Brands Award. Think Board was awarded a $25,000 cash prize and an invitation to present their business at the Next Great Consumer Brands Conference at NASDAQ in New York City on April 27th, 2016.

The Next Great Consumer Brands Conference brings together upcoming and leading consumer and retail companies to present their new and innovative products to leading investors, private equity firms and investment banks. Executives from Consensus Advisors and some of the country’s leading private equity firms will also be in attendance to provide students with invaluable insight and expertise.

Think Board is a removable dry erase film that can turn any walls, door, or desk into an erasable canvas. Think Board is unlike other dry erase products because it is clear, goes onto any surface easily, and is removable without damaging paint or walls.

Think Board has been featured in news outlets such as, The Today Show, USA Today College, The Boston Globe, and Yahoo Finance.

“It was an incredible opportunity to pitch in front of a very successful panel of judges, as well as have the chance to meet some of the top entrepreneurs from around the country working on consumer brands,” says Grant. “Also, it was the first time that Ken joined me for the pitch, and I could really feel the chemistry between us up there!”
