Past Summer Venture Program Participants: Where Are They Now? (Series: Part V)

Josh Harwell M’12 partook in the 2012 Summer Venture Program by working on his venture, CAMFormulas. CAMFormulas is an online retailer of high-quality and pharmaceutical grade health, beauty, and nutritional products.
Harwell and three interns spent most of the summer focusing on developing marketing initiatives and updating CAMFormula’s e-commerce platform. In addition to the interns, mentors and other program participants were of great assistance. Mary Gale and Steve Gold were especially helpful and were always able to provide guidance. By the end of the program, Harwell immediately saw how the program impacted his business as revenue tripled and the website yielded better leads.
Harwell currently works full time for CAMFormulas. He shared that the opportunity to connect with great people during the Summer Venture Program was especially beneficial to him. He is still in touch with many peers and mentors.
