• How the Idea Began:

Collaboration with Cogeneration Experts to transfer existing property plant and equipment, offices, and business partners and financing partners, to revamp image and re-engage market with strictly sustainable energy development.

• Initial Preparation to Germinate Idea:

Interest in renewable energy and the environment.

• Favorite Thing about the Business:

Helping people learn about renewable energy and its possibilities to affect the lives of communities in positive ways.

• Worst Thing About the Business:

NIMBYS (Not In My Back Yard!) Communities against wind turbines due to their “unsightly” view.

• Biggest Challenge:

Getting our projects permitted.

• Lesson Learned:

How to constantly critique our turnkey strategies and packages while we manage the project past the identification and permitting phases. How to develop win-win strategies and partnerships to complete the permitting, design, and construction stages—to energy production, where all parties win.
