The Blank Center’s #How2Tuesday series continues on Tuesday, October 10 at 5pm in Luksic 101: How 2 Discover Your Customer with Keith Hopper! Please note the room location is Luksic 101.
The majority of new products fail because their creators lack a complete understanding of their customers. In this hands-on workshop, Keith will define Customer Development and walk you through the three steps to reveal and test critical customer insights that can help ensure product success. Attendees should bring a new product idea and who you think might buy this product. It doesn’t matter what type of product it is or how far along you’ve taken this idea.

Keith is a product coach working with executives and their teams on product and team strategy and skill development. In addition to enterprise companies, Keith has worked with over 80 startups and in 2016 was voted Most Valuable Mentor by Techstar Boston companies. He is Entrepreneur in Residence at Olin College and a founding Trustee of the innovative micro philanthropy The Awesome Foundation, which furthers the interest of awesome in the universe through 86 chapters in 17 countries. Many of his clients are in the services sector (financial / business services, media / publishing, consulting, higher ed), but he has also worked with hardware, food, and CPG companies.
