Change in month = change in work

Now that July has begun, the rush of fashion market is over and things have started to slow down. We have two new interns working with us, and they are really great! Although it’s nice to have more new people working in the office, it is a lot harder for our supervisors to assign everyone different projects to work on, since there is 5 of us total and not as much work to do. But with this month being more laid back, I will be able to take my projects more seriously and put in all my effort to make sure it reflects my best work instead of rushing around to make sure things simply get done. With more time on my hands at work, I also have the time to reflect on everything that happened so quickly during market month, and see how things take a turn when there are no more client appointments. I see that my supervisors have more work at this time with client call follow ups, placing orders, and making sure certain clients receive the samples they order for review, etc. It is pretty interesting to see the change in the work load when it comes to fashion, in which everything runs by season.
