ProQuest databases undergo maintenance on Saturday Feb. 28th

On February 28, 2015, ProQuest will be upgrading its systems infrastructure to improve performance, security, and overall reliability of your products. The window is scheduled to begin at 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time and will last for five (5) hours. We apologize for any inconvenience.

BizMiner Maintenance Alert Sunday March 1st

The BizMiner site will be temporarily taken offline on Sunday, March 1 from 12:01 AM ET until approximately 8 AM ET. The downtime will allow the vendor to migrate BizMiner to a new server that will enhance site speed, navigation and stability. We apologized for any inconvenience.

WRDS access for students is working again.

WRDS has fixed the problem and the WRDS website is working again for students. The WRDS site is experiencing some issues.  The link on the library website for students to access this resource is not working.  The issue has been reported to WRDS technical support.  Check back for further information.

EBSCOhost databases are back up

EBSCOhost databases are back up.  If you continue to have trouble accessing these databases please let us know, research@babson.edu   We are having intermittent connectivity issues with our EBSCOhost databases.  The vendor is working to resolve the issue.  Stay tuned.

Access issues with Factiva fixed

We have been able to resolve the access issues with Factiva.  Sorry it took so long.  If you continue to experience problems let us know, research@babson.edu We are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with Factiva.  The issue has been reported to the vendor.  Hopefully they will be able to resolve this quickly.  Stay tuned.

ThomsonONE is working again

  The vendor has been able to resolve the issue.  ThomsonOne should be working again.  Thanks for your patience. ThomsonONE Banker is currently not available.  You will see an error message, “You are not authorized to view this page”. The vendor is working to resolve the issue ASAP.  Stay tuned.

ESG Manager, Boston Business Journal, ImportGenius, and WestLawNext full access restored
