The Sniffle Kit was a compact kit of cold remedies intended to last the customer the duration of his/her 1-2 week cold. The mission of Sniffle Kit was designed to encourage a selfless, giving, and healthy community by making common cold remedies more accessible to college students. Each Sniffle Kit included tissues, cough drops, instant soup, tea, honey, and a get well soon card.

According to the business final report, “Sniffle Kit’s partnership with Andrews Pharmacy was one of the company’s most valued elements of its operation. Andrews Pharmacy is Wellesley’s only independently operated pharmacy, and has served the local community for over 50 years in several ways. Andrews is takes pride in its personalized service and attention provided to all customers. Through Andrews Pharmacy’s various interactions with its community, it became clear to Sniffle Kit that the two business’s values aligned. Michael Levy, the owner of the pharmacy, was extremely helpful and considerate of Sniffle Kit throughout its life cycle.”

“Andrews Pharmacy was the supplier for Sniffle Kit,” said Professor Donna Stoddard, faculty advisor.  “They worked really well with the students; they gave them a competitive price and delivered the inventory to Babson.”

“On behalf of the entire Sniffle Kit team, we would like to thank you for everything you have done this year to make our business a reality,” said Sniffle Kit CFO, Adam Kershner.  “While Sniffle Kit has now been formally closed, all of us look forward to shopping at Andrews Pharmacy in the future.”

The FME course is an internationally recognized yearlong immersion into the business world, giving students the basic business background and real-world context needed for all Babson courses—and their future career.
