Factiva: change in ability to email articles
When using Factiva, the output option of emailing articles does not work in our environment. Please do not select this option. Instead, you can save the articles to a USB drive in a PDF or RTF format. Another option would be to download the articles to the computer’s hard drive, then email them to yourself as attachments.
Unfortunately this is a limitation of our academic version of Factiva.
