Capital IQ Access Changes

Capital IQ has changed how Babson is allowed to provide access to their database.  Going forward, only students enrolled in certain courses will be allowed to access Capital IQ directly.  All Fast-Track and One-year MBA students and all 2nd-year undergraduates enrolled in MCE will have unrestricted access to Capital IQ.  Faculty access is unrestricted, as well.  For a listing of courses that will be permitted to access the database, see the Capital IQ Guide on the Library website.

All other students are welcome to access Capital IQ in the Cutler Center.  There are 10 workstations that do not require a Capital IQ login.  These workstations are available anytime the Library is open.

The setup process for authorized students should be completed by Capital IQ by Sept. 14th.  If, according to these new restrictions, you should have access to Capital IQ but are experiencing access issues, please contact Jeanne Hebard, jhebard@babson.edu.

An alternate, similar resource is Thomson One, available to all students via the Library’s A-Z list of databases.  For help using any of Horn Library’s resources, please email research@babson.edu.
