In 2006, Salguero founded a group called The Junto Group. Modeled after one started by Benjamin Franklin, Junto seeks to empower highly motivated business leaders. Salguero is on the board of The Latin American Health Institute and is an active member of Boston Cares and Thompson Island Outward Bound.
