One of the great things about Babson is how entrepreneurship is ingrained in every course and in every class. In the 2nd year especially, the discussions have moved towards the broader meaning of startups and entrepreneurship.
The founding team is of paramount importance for a startup. It is the base on which the company is built and often, the beliefs of the founding team become the culture of the company. Some thoughts on how to go build a perfect founding team:
