Serial Entrepreneur Seymour Holtzman took his first company public at age 26. A retail and jewelry industry veteran, he is now Executive Chairman of DXL the nation’s largest retail chain for big and tall men with 400 stores. Seymour has created successful retail businesses from jewelry, to luxury home goods in ecommerce, to fashion and banking – he has over 40 years of stories that all entrepreneurs can learn from. Seymour’s companies include: DXL – Jewelcor – HomeClick.com – CD Peacock – Rolex Boutique.

Babson grad and successful businessman Peter Stratton ’94 is currently the CFO of Destination XL (NASDAQ: DXLG) retail. He helped lead the turnaround of DXL from bankruptcy to become the nation’s leading retailer of big and tall fashion. Peter’s story of reinventing everything – brand, product, merchandising, in store experience and employee training – shows how the retail world has evolved and where it is going next.
