WIN Lab Partners with Zendesk
Zendesk, a proven cloud-based help desk software provider, has announced a partnership with Babson College’s Women Innovating Now (WIN) Lab® – an eight-month-long residency program designed specifically for high-growth women entrepreneurs to accelerate their entrepreneurial paths.
Zendesk is a customer service platform crafted for companies that want to create customer relationships that are more meaningful, personal, and productive use of live chat, phone, messaging, etc. Zendesk helps companies provide seamless support and then assists with self-service and proactive engagement.

As part of WIN Lab’s partnership with Zendesk, WIN Lab entrepreneurs are eligible to receive $117/month for 12 months in credits, which is equivalent to 3 seats on the Zendesk Team plan and 3 agents on Zopim Chat basic plan. The entrepreneurs have the flexibility to choose any plan.
Zendesk’s generous offer will enable to WIN Lab entrepreneurs to provide the customer support they need to accelerate their businesses into successful ventures.
