WIN Lab Update
Phase II of WIN Lab kicked off at the end of January with a two-day intensive business boot camp, Mastering Sales and Operations, hosted Executive in Residence Pat Henriques. The boot camp pushed the WINners to build their launch plans and included in-depth workshops focused on building a competitive operational strategy and supply chain; mapping the customer journey/experience; and developing a compelling sales strategy and pitch.
During the month of February, the WINners are focused on refining and testing their marketing and sales strategies, and the month will conclude with a field trip and tour of the Constant Contact headquarters, and a conversation with CEO Gail Goodman focused on her experiences growing the company to IPO.
