Brilliant and fabulous. That’s how you can define Dr. Caroline Daniels. Dr. Caroline Daniels teaches entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial marketing in undergraduate, graduate, Babson Executive Education and Babson Global programs. She is the faculty advisor to the Pursue stage of the Butler Venture Accelerator since 2010. She believes that entrepreneurship is bringing an idea to pragmatic function and building value.

Dr. Daniels does not stop at teaching the students about entrepreneurship. She is a researcher, focusing on Future Trends and Entrepreneurial strategy. She has worked on the development of the global business and technology strategies for numerous startups and the larger corporations, such as IBM, Apple, the Economists, Financial Times, Ford of Europe, Boots Pharmaceutical, Shell Oil, Glaxo Smith Kline, Chartham Paper Mills, New York Life, Bank of Ireland and many more. “The experience is always exhilarating!” claims Dr. Daniels.

Dr. Daniels has founded companies in property development, publishing, and consulting. She is the recipient of the 2013 Deans’ Award for Excellence in Teaching across all programs (undergraduate, graduate, and executive education). If she can give any advice to the students, she said that she would say “ Develop one idea and see it through before starting on another!” She believes that it is important to push through with your idea, especially what you believe in it. Outside of class, she loves to play tennis and most importantly, she loves to learn about new things.
