Emily Besen

Emily supports international students with their employment search process within or outside the U.S. and provides counsel and career education for any student interested in opportunities abroad. In collaboration with the Center for Career Development team, she is responsible for creating programming, resources, and an overall strategy designed to generate inclusive employment opportunities for Babson’s diverse population. This includes advocating on behalf of Babson’s international undergraduate students and working closely with cultural affinity clubs and organizations. Emily joined the Center for Career Development in 2016, but has served in a variety of roles at Babson including On-site Coordinator for Babson BRIC: The Cornerstone of the New Global Economy and International Student Program Coordinator in the Glavin Office of Multicultural & International Education. Emily earned a M.A. in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University and a B.A. in Media & Communications from Muhlenberg College.
