Tough Decisions

It is always difficult to make drastic changes to your business, especially if you argued for reasons to do a certain something. The fact is, as humans, we’re stubborn, and that comes from our hubris.

For our web startup, we’ve done a lot of things we were not proud of, but were too proud in ourselves to admit we were wrong and then try to fix the situation. Instead, we let the problem snowball into bigger issues.

But now, we’re learning how to make those tough decisions, which are really more tough personal actions and business decisions that make sense. Putting our hubris aside, we can think an act clearer, doing things for the benefit of our business and not to protect ourselves.

What tough decisions have you made for your business lately?
