What is Best for Your Startup

Sometimes, what you think is good for your startup really isn’t the best thing for it because you can theorize ways to build a better business, but at the end of the day, it’s your customers who tell you what you’ve done is good or bad for your startup.

It’s never about what you want for your business, but more about what your stakeholders want to see from you and your startup.

Customer feedback is invaluable because your personal bias will never get your business going in the right direction.

Listen to your customers and what they have to say about building a better business. Listening to them directly doesn’t always work though because naturally, people say things and mean something else, so you should look at how they react to new changes which you make to test how new developments work with your customers.

Figuring out what is best for your startup can be an exciting adventure because you interact with your stakeholders to get direct feedback and review the analytics to really see how they are behaving to new changes.

In our men’s dress shirts venture, we spend a lot of time interacting with customers to get them talking to us about how we can build a better fashion business, and how our slim fit dress shirts and fitted dress shirts could be cooler, and how our white dress shirts, pink dress shirts and blue dress shirts can be much better than anything off-the-rack.
