Working Out of the Couch is Extremely Effective
So today I spent almost all day working out of my couch and loved it. I was able to focus very well on everything that I needed to get done. One thing that was extremely useful was making a list of what I needed to get done today before beginning. I started working at 5am today because I couldn’t sleep and the first thing that I did was grab a diet coke from the fridge, then I made my list and I didn’t get up from the couch until sometime in the afternoon to make a few sales calls. Working from home can be a distraction if you let it, easily, but it can also be very effective because the only distraction is yourself. If you have never worked from home I would recommend that you try it out to see if it’s for you, but if it’s not for you that’s ok because that’s 99% of the world. Best of luck finding your groove!
