Monique Rose is the Recruiting Manager for Undergraduate CCD.  In her role, Monique manages the on campus recruiting program, including communicating with employers, organizing interviews and information sessions, uploading job postings, and responding to students’ and employers’ questions on recruiting issues.  Monique also works with the operations manager to manage the technical side of the campus interview process.

Prior to coming to Babson College, Monique worked for Filene’s/Kaufmann’s, a division of the May Department Stores, as an assistant buyer, financial analyst, and executive recruiter.  She gained experience both recruiting and counseling college students and mid-career executives.  Monique earned a B.S. in Engineering from Yale University and completed her M.B.A. at Babson College in 2007.
