Position: Various Number of Interviewers: 1 · Interviewers: An alum, senior executive, junior executive, partner, HR representative, managing director Types of Questions: · Behavioral: 100% How difficult was the interview: · “Walk in the Park”: 13% · “It was okay”:34% · “Easy”: 53% How friendly were your interviewers: · Easy Going: 16% · We were total BFF: 16% · Friendly: 68% Information Sessions: · Yes, offered What resources did you use to prepare for this interview: · Vault guides: 22% · Company website: 78% · CCD Website: 47% · Horn Resources:7% · Career Connections: 66% · Google: 38% · Wikipedia: 22% · CCD Interview Prep Session: 3% After the interview, did you feel you had a better understanding of the position you were applying for: · Yes: 78% · No: 13% After the interview, how interested were you in the company: · More interested: 78% · About the Same: 13% Did you have any prior contact with people from this organization: · Career Fair · Resume Critique Night · Information Session · Friend · Alumni · Internet · xACT Competition What questions did you ask the interviewer: · Industry specific and Company specific · What kind of responsibilities an intern will have · What kinds of things we will be trained on · What sets PWC apart from the other Big 4 · What was your career path at PWC · What the training process was · Asked about his specific line of work (private company audit) General Comments: · Questions were entirely “traditional” · Don’t stress, just have some stories about experiences in mind and be open and honest with the recruiter · I knew this before going in, but I think it is very important for students to know that making a conversation is incredibly important in the interview, it not only shows you have great communication skills, but it makes you feel more at ease. You feel like you’re doing a good job and that you’re connecting, so you will be less panicked and will be able to answer questions more easily and comfortably. Just relax! · All of the questions were “Traditional”
