·         Don’t stress, just have some stories about experiences in mind and be open and honest with the recruiter

·         I knew this before going in, but I think it is very important for students to know that making a conversation is incredibly important in the interview, it not only shows you have great communication skills, but it makes you feel more at ease.  You feel like you’re doing a good job and that you’re connecting, so you will be less panicked and will be able to answer questions more easily and comfortably.  Just relax!

·

All of the questions were “Traditional”

I love the comment about keeping the interview coversational. Great point! Employers always praise the students that kept the interview engaging and easy going. Sure the interviewer gets to steer the ship, but you get to decide where it goes. So get that ship going down a happy and engaging path! Stay perky, positive, and professional and you’ll be sure to do well.
